Shipping Times
We ship most items within 48 hours of receipt of an order.
Arabia annual plates - within 48 hours
Arabia Dinnerware - approximately 2 weeks. We must order Arabia
products from the US warehouse; after we receive the items, we check
them carefully before sending them to our customers.
Iittala Crystal - Most items are in stock. Otherwise, we must order
from the US warehouse, which takes approximately 2 weeks.
Shipping Methods
We use UPS Ground and USPS priority mail, depending on the weight and
value of the product(s).
If a customer wishes, we can expedite a shipment using UPS second day
air, overnight, etc. We will charge you the actual cost for expedited
shipping.
Domestic Shipping Fees
Our shipping fees to the contiguous 48-states depend only on the total price of your order:

Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are calculated based on the real shipping cost.
Shipping fees do not apply to gift certificates.
International Shipping
International shipping fees apply to all orders outside the US
(including Canada). Shipping fees vary, based on the weight of the
package and the country of destination. Orders valued $50 or less will usually ship with USPS Priority Mail International and includes tracking information. Orders valued over $50 will usually ship with USPS Express Mail International and will include insurance and tracking information. Orders may also be shipped with UPS, DHL or FedEx. Costs can run anywhere between
$10 and $500. Consequently, we will manually append an international shipping charge
to all international orders prior to shipping. You will have an opportunity to review this
shipping charge and cancel your order before your credit card is charged. Please allow 48 hours
for calculation of your international shiping fees. To review previous orders and shipping fees,

Return Policy
If you are not satisfied with your product, you can return it for a full
refund (except shipping costs).
If you receive an item damaged in transit, contact the USPS or UPS
carrier immediately and they will return the package to us. We will
replace your damaged item as soon as we receive it back.
